LGFL Digitalbrain Login Issues

Since the last upgrade to the Shibboleth login process, some schools with employ server caching have had problems logging in.

The LGFL Customer Support provide the following advice:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on ‘Tools’ then ‘Internet Options’.

3. Click on the ‘Connections’ tab and then ‘LAN Settings ‘ button.

4. Under the section ‘Proxy Server’, click the ‘Advanced’ button.

5. In the white box for ‘Exceptions’, add in the following line

gateway.dbplc.com;login.digitalbrain.com

6. Click ‘OK’ though all the boxes until you are back to the browser. This should restore the login.

    Please note that this issue has now been resolved. Digitalbrain has lowered the security levels back to the same as the previous Shibboleth Implementation. (Still extremely secure, just more familiar.)
